SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program Name: Hire Lead Chill Recruiting SMS Program

Program Description: When you apply for a job through one of our public career pages, or when you become a business client of Hire Lead Chill LLC, you may opt in to receive SMS text messages from us. These messages are operational in nature and relate to your job application or your client account, including: application receipt confirmation, screening status updates, interview invitations and scheduling links, interview reminders, hiring decisions, onboarding instructions, and similar recruiting-related communications.

Opt-In Method: Job candidates opt in by submitting a job application through one of our public career pages and actively checking a clearly labeled SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox reads: “I agree to receive SMS text messages from Hire Lead Chill LLC related to my job application, including screening updates, interview scheduling, reminders, and hiring decisions. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (approximately 1–10 messages per application). Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.” Business clients opt in via a signed service agreement that includes explicit SMS authorization. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire phone numbers from third parties.

Message Frequency: Approximately 1 to 10 messages per application lifecycle, depending on your progression through the hiring process. Frequency may vary.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your specific plan.

Sample Messages:
• “Hi [Name], thanks for applying to [Job] with Hire Lead Chill. We received your application and will review shortly. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
• “Hi [Name], you’ve been moved forward in our process. Book your interview here: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
• “Reminder: Your interview is scheduled for [time]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

How to Opt Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After we receive your STOP request, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS communications from our program. To re-subscribe, you may reply START or submit a new application.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
